If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your invoice date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed less the actual shipping & handling costs to ship the order to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
All items on sale are final.
Damages and Issues/Exchanges
If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you contact us before disposing of the box and packaging materials. This enables us to assess the situation promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue efficiently.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate it and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Gifts/Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient.
Custom orders and commissioned items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
All custom orders and commissioned items are final sale.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please email us at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items being returned should have a tracking number and be provided to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned/exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that for international orders, any of the following charges paid by the customer are not refundable: customs fees, import duties, shipping costs, and taxes.
