From Engineering Foundations to Artistic Soul
Most people don’t expect a Civil Engineer to be a home stager, but for me, the two worlds are perfectly aligned. With over 15 years of project management and problem-solving expertise, I’ve spent my career understanding how structures work – their functionality, their flow, and their hidden potential.
But I always knew that a house needs more than just a solid foundation to become a home. It needs beauty, energy, and soul. That’s why I founded Agape Homely Services in 2023: to bridge the gap between technical precision and creative rejuvenation.
Whether I’m painting a custom mural, guiding you through a DIY Consultation, or fully staging a luxury listing, I bring honesty, integrity, and a meticulous eye for detail to every brushstroke and every furniture move.

My background allows me to see your space differently. While I use my engineering mindset to meticulously plan furniture placement and optimize floor plans for maximum “flow,” my hands are dedicated to the art of the refresh.
As a fine artist specializing in textured, gilded oil paintings, I don’t just “decorate” rooms – I curate them. I believe that a single piece of original art can act as the emotional anchor for an entire property, creating a “wow factor” that stops buyers in their tracks and makes residents feel truly at home.

- The “Engineer” Habit: I still can’t help but measure a room with my eyes the moment I walk into a space. Old habits die hard!
- My Color “Crush”: While I love a good neutral, I believe every home deserves a touch of gold leaf. It’s the jewelry of the home.
- Coffee or Tea? You’ll usually find me with a warm cup of tea in one hand and a palette knife in the other.
- Studio Soundtrack: My best paintings are usually created while listening to jazz or soft instrumental music – it helps the brush strokes flow.
- Favorite Maryland Season: Spring! There is nothing like the Maryland blossoms to inspire a new floral canvas. Cherry blossoms anyone?!
- The name “Agape”: It’s the Greek word for the highest form of love. In Christianity, Agape is used to describe the highest form of love: a kind of divine, sacrificial love associated with God’s care for humanity and the love people are encouraged to show one another. I chose it because it symbolizes the highest form of love—selfless, faithful, and rooted in my relationship with God.”
